We do not do credit checks. There are no bank qualifications. Winning bidder will have 3 days to pay the down payment + $ 150.00 for the document processing fee mentioned above.
We accept PayPal, Certified Check or Money Orders. After receipt of your payment, we will Priority Mail the land sales contact and copies of the parcel map. After you receive the contact, review it, sign it, have it notarized and mail it back to us. Your 1st payment will then be due the 1st of each month. We will also include payment coupons to help you stay organized with your monthly payments. There are no penalties for paying this loan off early or for early payments. Transfer of title will occur when contact is fulfilled.
